Ms. Saltsman has practiced family law and general civil litigation for 30 years. Her clients include chief executive officers of Fortune 500 and other New York Stock Exchange companies; writers, directors, actors, actresses, film composers, recording artists and others in the entertainment industry; lawyers, physicians, and other professionals; and businessmen and women in a wide variety of fields, from insurance to computer publishing. She has presented programs to the Century City and Beverly Hills Bar Associations on such topics as representing actors in family law proceedings and emerging issues in family law, and has taught C.E.B. classes in family law. She has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting marital settlement and prenuptial agreements and in litigating complex family law issues involving child and spousal support, property, custody and paternity. In addition to family law, Ms. Saltsman has successfully handled a wide range of civil litigation, including prosecution of a real estate fraud and breach of fiduciary duty action resulting in a seven figure jury verdict for her clients, prosecution of an action to protect the religious freedom of Cambodian war orphans, defense of a defamation action on behalf of a Los Angeles city councilman, and defense of sexual harassment actions on behalf of a New York stock exchange company and its officers.
Ms. Saltsman is a member of the Executive Committee of the Family Law Section of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, as well as a member of the Family Law Section of the Los Angeles County Bar.
